I am an owner of a small car insurance business in our place. More and more people are availing our insurance as the year starts but suddenly half of our costumer didn’t renews their insurance as the year pass by. Then I wonder why a lot of our costumer didn’t renew their insurance and we know that there is a new company who offers car insurance with our costumers and they avail it.
Old regular costumers are the only costumer left to us, but same as any business it won’t be successful if we only have a small incoming that’s why we think for solution in our problem. Then we plan to first trace what are the things that make our costumer avail the services of the company who as them to join. We also try to compare auto insurance to our insurance company and we have known that it’s really a big gap that our business offers than other insurance company.
We need to do something so we can get back our customers, we know that its not that too easy but we hope success in what we do.
